Refund policy

NON-RETURABLE ITEMS: 

• Tea & Food Products: Due to health & safety regulations, we do not accept returns on tea or other consumable items. 
• Vintage & Resale Items: All sales are final 

     Should your tea order arrive damaged or incorrect, please reach out within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll happily resolve the issue

 

RETURABLE ITEMS: 

• Returns are accepted for new tea accessories (teapots, infusers, steeps, etc.) within 21 days of delivery. A 20% restocking fee applies, & customers are responsible for return shipping.

• We want you to love your tea! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, reach out to us within 21 days of delivery. We’re happy to recommend another blend or offer a solution to ensure your next experience is more to your liking!
